All memberships require a 2-month minimum commitment. After that, 30 days written notice is all we require to cancel. No cancellation fees. We want you here because it's working for you.
The Performance Club gym is open Monday to Friday, 6am – 8pm. The Premium Wellness amenities (sauna, cold plunge, hot tub, nap pods, massage chairs) are available 7am – 8pm on the same days.
No — the Premium Wellness Add-On is an optional upgrade available for +$140/month on top of any Club or Resident Desk membership. It gives you unlimited access to the full thermal suite and deep relaxation amenities with no booking limits.
Absolutely. You can add or remove the Wellness Add-On at any time through your member portal. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Private Office includes a dedicated team office suite, unlimited Performance Club access for all team members, a custom hospitality package, and a dedicated account manager. Wellness amenities are available as an add-on. Pricing scales with team size — reach out to discuss your needs.
Yes. We offer day passes so you can experience the coworking spaces before committing to a membership. You can also book a tour to see everything in person — we'd love to show you around. Please note: we do not offer free trials of The Performance Club.
Yes. All Performance Club memberships include full hot desk coworking access at Den 1880 — work floors, private library, theatre, lounges, silent phone booths, and community events. It's all under one roof.
